Bugler Developments, Vandome Close

At Vandome Close in The London Borough of Newham we are building 55 apartments in three blocks from 3 to 7 storeys for our client Bugler Homes. Vandome Close is one of a number of Passivhaus social housing schemes being developed across the London Borough of Newham, in response to their Climate Emergency Action Plan, which mandates building of council owned housing to the Passivhaus Standard.

CPC are responsible for the screeding, drylining, plastering, render & Passivhaus aspects of this project.
