Townend at Steeple Aston, is an exclusive collection of just 10 stone built Cotswold inspired homes set against open farmland and rolling hills.

Each home has been designed by Yiangou Architects of Cirencester and will be built of Bath coloured stone and buff coloured brick with accommodation arranged over 3 floors as well as a self-contained studio/office annexe over a double garage. The extensive accommodation extends from 3300 sq. ft to 3900 sq. ft, comprising 4 or 5 bedrooms.

All homes will overlook the newly formed Park or the existing Park.

CPC completed the screeding, drylining, & plastering aspects of this project.
