Shanly Homes, Boulters Meadow

Boulters Meadow created a new community in the riverside town of Maidenhead. Delivering 442 new homes centred around a sunken, landscaped communal area, these houses and apartments proved very popular with buyers who were impressed with the stylish layouts, spacious interiors and close proximity to the town centre. The mix of homes appealed to all buyers from first timers, to families, commuters and downsizers alike.

The Boulters Meadow development was built by Shanly Homes as a private development and completed between 2013 and 2016. The buildings vary in height from two to five storeys with the heights gradually increasing towards the centre of the development.

CPC completed the screeding, drylining, plastering & render aspects of this project.
